I know that when I was applying for medical school and shortly after acceptance, I had a lot of questions regarding my finances. So I thought that I would answer some questions that I was searching for when I was looking. One of the main questions is how will I pay for my medical school education? One of the first steps is submitting an application through the Federal Student Aid or FAFSA which will provide government loans that you would be responsible for paying once you have graduated. Of course, there are also other options such as applying through the Navy or Army as well if you are interested in working for them in the future. Lastly, there are organizations such as the National Health Corps which also helps pay for your education if you dedicate a certain amount of service in underserved areas after graduation. There are also options such that offer grants or scholarships and even opportunities to work in jobs at your medical school to make some cash!
