Prepping healthy meals is a popular request and since I have been stepping up my meal prep game, I thought that I would share it with you all! One of the easiest meal preps that I have found has helped me during my fourth year is the salad meal. I know it sounds silly but hear me out! Basically, I love to purchase the salad kits from the grocery store and add my own additions depending on how I feel. Generally, I like the ones with a kale base but there are many different options. I usually get a protein source like shredded chicken, turkey, or hard-boiled eggs to add. Avocado is also a great option along with string cheese. Speaking of meal prep one of the best investments I have also found are the lunch box with built-in ice packs that I can freeze overnight and use to keep my meals cool given that I have been traveling more often this year than others.
