I killed my neuro exam!!!! I had to work terribly hard to get caught up but with God’s help I made it happen. This weekend I went to the SNMA Regional Leadership Institute. Can I just say, it was a great experience! I drove to Cleveland and hung out with our regional director and webmaster, working to get everything finished for the conference. During the conference, I got to meet quite a few people from our region and that was great. I was also really nice to see how well my school represented! We had six students, including me! We then had a cookout and that was really awesome. Great food, good fun, and good laughs all makes for great time, right? It was great to take the time off from studying to actually be able to spend time with people from our region. Not only that, I got to go bowling with other people from our executive board. I tied for second place is really, really good because I’m an awful bowler or so my mom says. After that, we went out to dinner and it was just great to actually have a meal and hang out with people and not focus so much on schoolwork. I know every now and then I need a break. I guess this was the perfect time to take one. On my way back home on Sunday, after brunch and goodbyes with my fellow board members, I made a pit-stop at home to see my family and check on my grandma. She was doing great! I was really happy to see her back moving, grooving, and apparently since she feels better she got a new car! There are always surprises when I go home!
Now, here I am about to get started on the studying again….
