Since it has been a few weeks that I have been quarantined, especially with four more weeks of medical school left, I would describe what my day-to-day has been quarantined. Since I am still completing my medical school requirements my days start early because I like to make most of my days. I also have learned that during this time having a routine during this time helps me at least. I also still get dressed (more comfortably!) do my hair, makeup, and make my favorite type of coffee. I keep my meals on a schedule (with more time to make chocolate chip cookies) and take some self-care time for myself. I have also been able to organize, clean, and rearrange my apartment so that has been a fun project as a part of my day-to-day schedule as well! I have also been going on long runs, bike rides, and walking every few hours. It has been good to keep myself busy but I do admit, I have missed seeing my friends and family. What has your daily quarantine life been like these days?
